What Happens When Apply Improvement and Mastery is Delivered with Fidelity
The Practice Apply Improvement and Mastery
Review and discuss data on effective teaching lessons with the teacher or teaching assistant and provide constructive feedback on priority improvements of techniques and practices they need to undertake to lift student results.

What It Achieves
By applying improvement and mastery, the teaching team refines their skill and confidence in delivering effective teaching. When teachers and teaching assistants use effective teaching, it positively impacts student learning and increases educational outcomes.
More Detail
Leaders provide constructive feedback to team members by sharing what they observed worked well, what they feel are the areas for development and what actions need to be taken. Teachers and teaching assistants then practise effective techniques and practices in the classroom until mastery.
