What Happens When Apply Improvement and Mastery is not Delivered with Fidelity 

When the teaching team does not apply improvement and mastery with fidelity than they do not improve on their targeted techniques and practices that were selected based on observations and student data.  

The Problem is Compounded

The teaching team: 

• does not carry out improvement activity 
• does not practise effective technique in the classroom
• does not schedule time to watch instructional leaders or experienced teachers delivering mastered techniques or practices
• does not master the effective technique or practice in the classroom.
