The team member is not provided with regular expert coaching to guide their delivery of techniques and practices.  

The Problem is Compounded

• The instruction coach cannot observe the team member embedding practices in the school or delivering effective teaching in the classroom.  
• There is no opportunity to have a professional conversation about the team member’s techniques or practices and their effect on student learning.  
• The team member does not get constructive feedback on what they are doing well and where they need to improve.
