The School Team Builds a Culture of Collaboration Around Continuous Improvement
The school team builds a culture of collaboration around continuous improvement.
The school team:
- collaborates with parents and the community on shared school improvement goals
- observes best practices from peers and holds professional conversations to reinforce the practice
- partners experienced team members with less experienced team members to model effective teaching techniques and leadership practices

- gives the team members guidance in improving their practice by learning from one another
- supports parents in providing constructive and positive feedback to the student on their successes
- creates and promotes a school environment in which committing to continuous improvement and reflecting on one’s practice is not only normalised but an expectation.
