The team member does not contribute to building a high-expectations school culture.
The Problem is Compounded
The team member:
- does not create, promote or participate in a school environment with a strong school vision, values and expected behaviours
- does not have high expectations for students regarding their engagement and learning
- does not model positive high expectations for parents
- does not demonstrate their support or maximise educational outcomes for students
- does not lead an environment where reflecting on one’s practice and committing to continuous improvement is the norm
- does not invite parents to have conversations around ways to increase opportunities for improvement
- does not provide constructive and positive feedback to team members on their successes and areas of improvement
- does not analyse school and classroom data for patterns or anomalies and resolve issues.
