The team member:
- creates, promotes and participates in a school environment with a strong school vision, values and expected behaviours
- participates in coaching or training to promote a positive high-expectations school environment that aligns with the vision, values and expectations of the school and community
- has high expectations for students regarding their engagement and learning
- models positive high expectations for the school team
- builds a culture of collaboration around continuous improvement
- collaborates with parents and the community on shared school improvement goals
- demonstrates their support to maximising educational outcomes for students
- invites parents, teachers and leaders to have conversations around ways to increase opportunities for improvement
- leads an environment where reflecting on one’s practice and committing to continuous improvement is the norm
- frequently provides constructive and positive feedback to team members on their successes and areas of improvement
- analyses school and classroom data for patterns or anomalies and resolves issues.
