  • does not participate in coaching or training to promote a positive high-expectations school environment that aligns with the vision, values and expectations of the school and community
  • does not have high expectations for students regarding their engagement and learning
  • does not model positive high expectations for students
  • does not demonstrate their support or maximise educational outcomes for student
  • does not lead an environment where reflecting on one’s practice and committing to continuous improvement is the norm
  • does not invite parents, teachers and leaders to have conversations around ways to increase opportunities for improvement
  • does not provide constructive and positive feedback to team members on their successes and areas of improvement
