The Team Member Observes Peers and Leaders Demonstrating Techniques and Practices 

The teacher observes peers and leaders demonstrating techniques and practices. The teacher then implements these into their teaching.  

• The team member observes the instruction coach and peers delivering effective teaching to mastery and embedding school practices.   
• This creates the opportunity for the team member to observe leaders and peers to deliver best-practice teaching techniques and practices.
