• Team member’s successes are not recognised or celebrated. 
• The coaching and support needed to problem solve and overcome challenges faced is not provided. 
• Feedback and improvement actions are not provided, so the team member does not know what they can do to improve. 
• When team members continue to experience the same challenges or see little improvement, they lose confidence in their ability to improve. 
• Team members feel like they are alone and have no one to support, guide or mentor them. 
• Team members lose confidence in their ability to improve the outcomes for the school or students.
