• The instruction coach cannot observe the team member embedding practices in the school or delivering effective teaching in the classroom.  
• There is no opportunity to have a professional conversation about the team member’s techniques or practices.  
• The team member does not get constructive feedback on what they are doing well and where they need to improve.
