The teacher does not contribute to building a high-expectations school culture. 

The Problem is Compounded 

The team member:  

• does not create, promote or participate in a school environment with a strong school t have high expectations for students regarding their engagement and learning  
• does not model positive high expectations for the school team, peers, parents and students  
• does not vision, values and expected behaviours  
• does no demonstrate their support or maximise educational outcomes for students  
• does not invite parents, teachers, and leaders to have conversations around ways to increase opportunities for improvement.
