Scenario: Contribute to a High Expectations School Culture

Step 1: Principal Laura leads the Positive High-Expectations Team in establishing the vision, mission and values for their school. All school team members understand, promote and model the expected behaviours.  

Step 2: Teacher Brittany leads her classroom with the same vision, mission and values. She demonstrates what the appropriate behaviours look like. She gets constructive feedback from principal and instruction coach observations and uses it to improve her practice.

Step 4: Brittany and her class exemplify positive high-expectations, providing examples others in the school learn from.

Step 3: Brittany’s students recognise her commitment to high expectations and strive to improve their own behaviour.
