Scenario: Process for Following School-Wide Behaviour Plan Duties

Step 2: Emily and Thomas provide professional learning and coaching for Nicole and the other members of the teaching team. Nicole, in turn, explicitly teaches her students what behaviours are appropriate. She monitors and supports their behaviour, acknowledging their success.

Step 4: Nicole receives the support she needs to increase her skills in addressing student behaviour, so her students have more consistent support and their behaviour improves.  

Step 3: When Nicole is unsure how to respond to student behaviour, she asks Emily or Thomas for support through observations and feedback.
