The Team Member Practises the Techniques and Practices

The team member practises the techniques and practices. 

A less experienced team member:  

• is paired with a more experienced team member to guide the practice session  
• practises delivery of the technique or practice with the more experienced team member  
• understands the purpose and structure of the practice and practises the techniques used  
• is familiar with the techniques and practices so embeds the practice with confidence and fidelity.
