Principal Drives a High-Expectation Culture
Principal Mrs. June drives the creation of a high-expectations culture by engaging all staff and community members. She establishes and actively promotes a strong school vision, values, routines and rules. By participating in coaching and training, Mrs. June aligns these practices with the school’s and community’s goals. She sets high expectations for student engagement and learning while modelling positive behaviours for the staff. Building a collaborative culture, Mrs. June fosters continuous improvement, involving parents and teachers in discussions on enhancing educational opportunities. She encourages reflection and commitment to improvement, providing constructive feedback and analysing data to address any issues. This holistic approach ensures that everyone contributes to a supportive and high-achieving school environment.
