Scenario: Champion Professional Development in Positive High-Expectations

Step 1: Principal, Lachlan, recognises that to implement positive high-expectations in his school, he and the school team need to have a strong knowledge and understanding of the practices involved.

Step 2: Lachlan completes the positive high-expectations professional learning for leaders. He works with the instruction coach to make sure related professional development for teachers is planned for his teaching team and that each team member has the needed learning included in their Individual Professional Learning Plan.

Step 3: All members of the school team have access to the learning they need to implement the positive high-expectations practices accurately.

Step 4: As a result, the practices are put in place and the implementation is successful.
