Scenario: Contribute to Data-Driven Improvement
Step 1: Principal, Paige, regularly uses behaviour data to help make decisions about what her school team and students need.
Step 2: Paige collects behaviour data from observations, records entered by teachers into the school system and other sources. Paige uses the data to complete the required weekly Engagement and Organisation Form and the other reports each term and year. She shares this data with the Positive High-Expectations Team, with the school team and with the community.
Step 3: The data makes it possible for the instruction coach to know what additional professional learning would benefit the teaching team. It allows Paige to complete her annual review and to make recommendations for continued improvement.
Step 4: Teachers and students know how they are doing and get the support they need.
