School Team Members Feel Supported and Build Confidence
When school team members feel supported and build confidence then:
- Coaching is regularly provided to support team members’ professional development.
- There are opportunities for leaders to give team members valuable feedback and have professional conversations to build awareness and capacity.
- Improvement data is used as evidence to recognise and celebrate team members’ improvements and build their confidence.
- Team members are scheduled to observe peers delivering the effective teaching technique or embedding the practice.
- Team members receive positive feedback on what they are doing well in terms of how they are supporting school improvement.
