The Principal Cannot Read Data

The school adopted a new assessment to use at the beginning of the school year. The Principal, Clinton, has not been trained on how to read the data because he has not completed his professional learning training that has been assigned to him. 

When meeting with a teacher, Eric, who is concerned about his student scores in reading, Clinton cannot tell Eric what areas he needs to strengthen. Instead, he gives him a list of professional development videos on teaching reading and proclaims one should help him improve his teaching techniques and student scores.
