The Principal Writes the School Improvement Plan

The principal, Carol, has put together the School Improvement Plan for the upcoming school year. Carol thought it would be faster for her to do it herself rather than trying to schedule a meeting that accommodates everyone. Carol places a goal that would increase student performance in science. She bases this off the student scores this year and writes it into the plan. Carol does not have the input of the teachers, students or even parents to help contribute.
