Students Are Confident and Engaged Learners and Have Appropriate Behaviour

How It Works

  • When students experience success, they are motivated, behave appropriately, feel safe to contribute, engage in class and build confidence in their ability to learn and achieve.
  • Teachers check independent work daily to provide students with evidence that they are progressing in the program. Students who pass assessments on the first try are provided with the same evidence. This builds students’ confidence in their learning capabilities.
  • Students feel empowered to answer correctly and use accurate language to show their learning. Students who engage with their learning are confident and experience academic success that, in turn, motivates them.
