How It Works

The teacher: 

• monitors students throughout the lesson to note their responses, where they are making errors and where additional practice is required to become firm 
• ensures that students are firm on each step before moving on 
• continuously listens to student answers for correctness and corrects any errors that are made  
• repeats parts or whole exercises until no errors are made 
• can attend to student errors and mastery, which enables them to be efficient in resolving any learning issues that show up during the lesson.
