What Happens When Organise Parent and Community Involvement is Not Delivered with Fidelity
Impact
When the team member does not organise parent and community involvement, there is a decrease in participation in students’ academic and extracurricular achievements as well as a lack of collaboration and contribution by all members of the community.

The Problem is Compounded
- Team members are not organising parent engagement opportunities with the teaching team throughout the year.
- Instructional leaders and principals are not having meaningful and specific conversations with teachers and teaching assistants about how to increase their engagement with parents.
- There are no visible signs of school events on parade and community noticeboards.
- Team members are not welcoming parents and community members to participate in school events.
- There are no event reminders posted on social media.
