What Happens When Practice Pass Assessments is not Delivered with Fidelity

When the team member does not practice pass assessments to demonstrate mastery in techniques and practices that are targeted to their role and areas of improvement, they are not improving in their teaching techniques or becoming certified in these techniques, and student outcomes are not improving in the classroom.  

The Problem is Compounded 

• Team members are not practising techniques to become mastery ready. 
• Team members are not being assessed by the assessor. 
• Team members are not becoming certified in specific areas of practice.
