Overview

Practice Schedule Parent Classroom Visits focuses on the importance of the partnerships between the families and the school through scheduled parent classroom visits. Participants will explore how to overcome barriers to scheduling these visits and learn how to foster effective collaboration with parents to enhance student support. Inviting parents into the classroom helps them understand their child’s learning progress and observe the school’s approach to supporting their development. It encourages parents to actively engage in behaviour, reading, and learning support, creating a positive and collaborative learning environment for students.
