The Teacher Recognises the Importance of Providing Student Data to the Leadership Team

Teacher, Kim, has been noticing an overall improvement in student numeracy results with her students. In looking at her teaching notes, she realises that she changed the physical arrangement of the classroom and integrated and reinforced positive expectations and routines in lessons.

She has noticed that not only has student behaviour improved, but that they are more engaged in their learning which is showing in the results. Kim shares the behaviour and academic data with the leadership team. Together they share and celebrate Kim’s successes and plan the next steps for improvement.
