A Teacher Shares Student Success with Parents

Bradley, a new teacher, invites parents to the class to help celebrate the students’ success in their recent class goal of mastering the first 100 sight words. To prepare for the celebration, Bradley hangs up examples of sight word work and assessments and decorates with fun ice cream pictures. He prepares awards for each student and puts his ice cream and other toppings on the table. Parents come to the celebration, see their child’s work and receive an award and get to enjoy ice cream.
