The Team Member does not Contribute to Building a High-Expectations School Culture
When teachers do not share student data with parents, they are not building a high-expectations school culture.
The Problem is Compounded
The team member:
- does not create, promote or participate in a school environment with a strong school vision, values and expected behaviours
- does not have high expectations for students regarding their engagement and learning
- does not model positive high expectations for the school team, peers, parents and students
- does not demonstrate their support or maximise educational outcomes for students
- does not invite parents, teachers and leaders to have conversations around ways to increase opportunities for improvement.
