Teacher, Alice, is not Firming Group Before Providing Individual Turns
Alice is teaching reading. The current exercise is rhyming skills. Alice teaches the exercise by going through it once and correcting multiple student errors. Alice provides individual turns immediately. Three of the four students successfully complete their individual turn.
Alice did not ensure the whole group was firm before moving on to individual turns. One of the students in the group was not able to build self-confidence in their learning abilities.
