Teacher and Students are Unable to Celebrate Positive Outcomes
As teacher, Carole, passes back her students’ test results, she feels as deflated as they look. When she reviewed the data, she had a hard time identifying any positive points to share, and could not find any students’ work that she could post as an example. Not to mention that it took Carole three days longer than she had planned to get through all the content. Carole does not tell anyone about her students’ grades since she is afraid that others will be disappointed in her.
