Student Impacts
There are negative impacts on the students when the processes are not delivered with mastery/fidelity. The students:
- are confused about what to do, how to do it, or when they should do it
- do not have enough opportunity to master skills and develop learning
- disengage from learning leading to increased behavioural problems
- are not confident learners and feel insecure in the classroom
- do not achieve mastery or meet progress standards and fall further behind
- are not provided with enough opportunity as a group to master exercises, so are unable to master the content and lack confidence in their learning
- cannot demonstrate their understanding and mastery of content.
