Unable to Celebrate Standards or Improvements

Teacher Matilda does not log accurate and timely data

Teacher Matilda is not producing accurate and timely data that allows her classroom and the school to celebrate the standards she and her students are meeting.

Matilda’s groups are making standard lesson progress that should be celebrated, but she is not putting the test results into the database so there is no awareness that there is a reason to celebrate.

In addition, she has two students in her reading group who are scoring above ninety per cent on their independent work and 100 per cent on their checkouts and mastery tests. Their success is going unacknowledged.

The school leadership is not able to learn from Matilda’s success to share the improvements she is making and replicate them for other groups and teachers.
