Responsibility for improvement is shared amongst school team

Responsibility for Improvement is Shared
Amongst School Team
When principals set, manage and review the SIP, they encourage collaborations and collegiality amongst the school team. A school community held together by a shared vision and values is created through professional conversations and peer practise.
School team members forge professional relationships as the team provide guidance and support to one another.

How it works
All members of the school team work towards school improvement goals.
Leadership frequently provide feedback and acknowledge successes with the teaching team, while the teaching team recognise the importance of providing student data to the leadership team.
Principals lead, manage and review the communication between the instructional leadership team and the teaching team to ensure all are working towards school improvement.
