Actions – pronouns

Actions – Pronouns formats are taught in Lessons twenty-three through fifty-two. In these lessons, students answer questions about actions using the pronouns l and you.

The process is:

The Process:

  • The teacher says, ‘Everybody, touch the floor’ and signals (hand drop).
  • The teacher says, ‘What are you doing?’ and signals (hand drop).
  • The teacher says, ‘Say the whole thing about what you are doing’ and signals (hand drop).
  • The teacher touches their ear and says, ‘What am I doing?’
  • The teacher responds with students, ‘Touching your ear.’
  • The teacher says, ‘Let’s say the whole thing about what I am doing.’

  • The teacher responds with Students, ‘You are touching your ear.’
  • The teacher says, ‘All by yourselves. Say the whole thing about what I am doing’ and signals (hand drop).
