Overview

Practice Use Evidence to Discuss Successes and Challenges with Peer Schools participants will learn how to use evidence in discussing teaching successes and challenges. Barriers to these discussions are explored, as well as strategies for honing the practice so that evidence-driven conversations toward continuous improvement can be accomplished collaboratively. Through structured professional conversations, teaching teams learn to share successes, address challenges collectively and build professional capital. By using data and observations, teams refine their focus on effective teaching practices to enhance individual and collective performance to maximise student outcomes.
