School Team Builds a Culture of Collaboration Around Continuous Improvement

As the school team uses evidence to identify successes and challenges, and discusses them with peer schools, they are building a culture of collaboration around continuous improvement.

Process

The school team:

  • observes best practices from peers and holds professional conversations to reinforce these practices
  • gives team members guidance on improving their practice by learning from each other
  • supports school leaders in providing constructive and positive feedback to the school team on their successes
  • creates and promotes a school environment in which committing to continuous improvement and reflecting on one’s practice is not only normalised but an expectation.
