The School Team Celebrate Positive Outcomes

It is important for the school team to celebrate positive outcomes to motivate team members. Recognising hard work and success reinforces teachers’ hard work as well as the actions and teaching techniques that school leaders want to strengthen.

The Process

  • The school team creates a buoyant positive culture across the school that remains high, as success drives greater success, motivating the school team to constantly learn.
  • The school leaders identify classroom and school successes to sustain and replicate improvement, as success is a powerful motivator for achieving more success.
  • The school team recognises continuous improvement not as a chore but as a positive practice that the whole team is positively engaged in.
