Unable to Celebrate Positive Outcomes
When the school team are unable to celebrate positive outcomes to motivate team members and students, it prevents a positive culture from being created across the school. This reduces the buy-in for using evidence in discussions with peer schools.
The Problem is Compounded
- When a positive culture is not created across the school, it is harder to motivate the whole team to continuously improve and learn.
- Classroom and school successes are not identified and are not sustained or replicated for improvement.
- The school team does not have evidence of practices that lead to positive results, which can be replicated across the school and in its classrooms.
- Continuous improvement becomes a chore when the whole school team is not positively engaged.
